You can pay using a credit (except Diners & American Express), debit, or prepaid card through the secure Ε- Pay Center (Piraeus Bank) electronic payment platform.
With Paypal
You can make payments through the secure transaction system provided by Paypal. Having an account on the Paypal platform is a prerequisite.

The deposit must be made within five (5) working days from the day of the order. Otherwise, your order will be canceled.
Choice of receipt or invoice
Additionally, you have the option to choose between issuing a retail sales receipt or a sales invoice. An invoice is issued to companies and freelance professionals provided they fill in the following information when placing their order: Company Name, VAT Number, Tax Office, Registered Address, and Profession for freelance professionals.
Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
In the event that you change your mind about the purchase of a specific product, you have the right to declare your withdrawal from the contract and request a refund of the product, along with the corresponding return of the amount you paid. To exercise this right, you must do so in writing through the contact form, completing the corresponding withdrawal form available in the above contact form, which complies with Article 102 of Law 4512/2018, within 14 days from the receipt of the product. In the case of orders for batches of products, the deadline starts from the moment you receive the last product or upon delivery of the product in the case of periodic services.
The return of the product must be made in the same way it was delivered and received, at the headquarters of our company, as stated in the introduction of these Terms of Use, within 30 days from the notification of the withdrawal statement.
The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Additionally, it should be returned with all necessary legal documents and the proof of delivery. The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods only as a result of the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. We are not responsible and will not compensate the consumer, nor will the withdrawal produce results, in case damage has been caused to the goods due to the consumer’s fault or in case of use that exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The return shipping costs are not covered by the COMPANY and are the responsibility of the Customer. Please note, however, that the transport costs that arose due to the termination of the Contract may have a higher cost, especially when the shipment was made to countries outside the EU, in which case we reserve the right to charge you.
The COMPANY will refund any amount received from the consumer who withdraws within 30 days from the day it received the withdrawal statement. The amount to be refunded does not include the initial shipping costs of the product.
There is no right of withdrawal in the cases provided for in Article 102 of Law 4512/2018 and in any other case specified by the current legislative framework. Indicatively, you do not have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal for products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and which have been unsealed after delivery.
If your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, all taxes (VAT) will be refunded. If your order is shipped to a destination outside the European Union, duties and taxes cannot be refunded. In any case, you can recover these expenses by directly contacting the local customs office. Because this option may not be available in all countries, we recommend using a customs intermediary if you want the amount of customs duties to be refunded for the returned Products.
Shipping Costs
Greece
Products up to 5 kilograms per order are shipped via courier service to the location specified in the Order Form, while products exceeding 5 kilograms or larger volume are shipped via a transport company in agreement with the customer. Deliveries of products are made anywhere within Greek territory on working days (Monday to Friday) and hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm). Orders received by 1:00 pm for available products are fulfilled within two to three working days, if they are for Athens, regional capitals, and municipalities, and within three to four working days if they are for anywhere else within Greek territory, including islands and remote areas.
The costs and what concerns the shipments to the points of the hard-to-reach areas depend on the respective courier company which must inform the customer about the point of collection or delivery of the shipment

European Union and Third Countries
For orders shipped to countries outside the EU, you may be asked by the carrier (e.g., courier) to pay additional taxes, customs duties, state VAT, import charges for products, and any other charge imposed by local authorities on the shipment made through our online store, which vary from country to country. The COMPANY is not responsible for these additional charges, and you are advised to contact the customs authority before placing your order if you are unsure about possible additional charges and the customs regime applicable to your country. The User agrees to comply with the procedures and laws of each country, including customs and customs regulations, duties, and fees. They accept that the COMPANY bears no responsibility and undertakes the obligation to inform about the procedures applicable in the third country before placing an order.
